The woman and the birds on the side of the cabinet are crafted of simulated jade. The hand-painted images on the top, front and sides are of birds, flowers, gardens, trees and mountains and gold paint filigree. The undercoat is black lacquer. The doors pulls are of the Chinese long-life symbol. The legs have a whimsical design.
